I talked to Mr. [redacted] this morning.  We are going to make him a new pair of glasses.  Everything is ordered.  I told him we would call when the new Rx is here.  Hopefully at the end of this week.Thanks,[redacted]

in the office and argue. We made his lens wrong when we did not.  One day he was here from 10AM to 12AM, arguing that we charged him too much. When he calls on the phone he argues with the staff and keeps them on the phone over an hour.  We are very busy and so I told the girls to hang up, this happened many times.  I am happy to reimburse him everything he has paid here.  He is very disruptive to this office.  I would rather he went somewhere else. [redacted]
