I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I was not informed of the excessive cost of this visit. I thought I was being charged for my initial visit and that was it.  They are currently taking money out of my account for something that I am not using or have possession of.  I DID NOT sign the credit card authorization page that I was given.
