QC Home Support Services did a great job helping our family keep our Mother in her home for a longer period of time. Mom enjoyed her worker, especially that she had consistency in people. Mom knew what to expect each day, which gave her peace of mind.

We hired QC Personal to ensure that our very elderly parents had sufficient support within their own home to remain independent. It began as an extra 4 to 6 hours each day but quickly evolved into 24 hour/day, after one parent was hospitalized. It has continued over several months. We have appreciated the quick, effective, professional response to ever changing needs. The 5 staff who provide the direct service are extremely supportive, understanding, and compassionate. They communicate effectively with each other and the owner of the business, along with family members. The owner is sensitive to the client's needs and those of her staff and is able to ensure everyone's satisfaction. It is very reassuring to know that our parent feels happy and well cared for within the comfort of her own home. When one parent passed [redacted] the staff were all so helpful and most attended the service on their own personal time. We feel fortunate to have discovered such an excellent Senior Care Service within our London community.
