bought a wooden bed frame from this companyIt was defectivethe head board had damagethe brackets were both left no right bracketthey said they could order bed frames and all of them would have some sort of damageI wonder why they use the supplier they do then
Brackets to put the bed together wrongtwo side the same
took weeks to finally get the proper brackets
there were many ways that this should have been handledreplace the frame, start again, they wouldn't do it
not one of the staff was allowed to make a decision on how to fix this problemI was patient as the owner was sick, but then I believe someone else should have been given some authority in his place
I would NOT recommend this business as they do not stand behind their products, do not buy quality products and do not handle the problems with any sort of class or respect for your time and money
