Yes I addressed it with management. She told me there wasn't an object in the restaurant that looked like that but I told them that there was no other way it could have gotten into my food because I had just opened my plate

[redacted] submitted 3/22/2018 and our response is as follows,My name is M[redacted] B[redacted], I am the day shift manager of The Big Clock of Berea and was present when this customer came in with his concern, as was the night shift manager. We reviewed his concern of this item being in his beans but we kindly let him know we do not have any items in our restaurant that has hardware like this, but we offered him a full refund and/or replacing his food. He denied both on 3/22/2018. We went through our kitchen throughly to see if we could find any evidence of said hardware and nothing was found. In 8 years under new management we have never had such claims.
