 They have mailed another bill and had a patient representative called wanting to collect the money, but they have not contacted me in regard to the complaint.

Review: The Heart Hospital on three occasions fail to properly submit accident medical health claims forms to Federal Blue Cross/Blue Shield for compensation. The hospitals fails to add to the insurance form that the reason for the visit is an accident which pays 100% and only received 80% payment. When advised of their mistake, the Heart Hospital takes no action and reports the lack of payment to the credit bureau, thus placing a negative action on my credit report and lower my credit score.Desired Settlement: I would like to sit down with the proper manager to ensure this change is set in place, and also have the Heart Hospital remove the negative credit report.
