Mr***, I would like to thank you for choosing Environmental Air Systems, Incto service your A/c System. I am very sorry that you were displeased with
the charges for the work. I have reviewed the work order that the technician gave you and I understand why you are upset. We have two ways that we do our billing, one for commercial and one for residential. Unfortunately the technician got confused and mixed the billings. We have revised the billing and are pleased to say that we owe you a refund of $313.42. We will issue a refund check and you should be receiving it in the next few days.We apologize for the inconvenience this has been for you and we will use this in our ongoing training to try to provide better service to all our customers.On a side note it would be a good idea to have you’re a/c systems checked at least once a year to insure they are operating at their peak efficiency. This system has a leak in it somewhere and will leak down again if the leak is not repaired. We don’t have any way of knowing how large or small the leak is. If you could keep track how long it takes to leak down again it will help you to decide as to when it is cost effective to locate and repair the leak *** *** President
