Review: My Daughters went to the dentist we paid what they said we owed about 7 months later they sent a bill Saying we owed 440 dollars . We called the old ins company we did not have anymore they told my wife we did not owe anything. The dentist over charged and billed for the same tooth twice. And we was not responsible for the over charge .what should we do.Desired Settlement: Stop sending bills we don't owe.
Review: On March 25th, 2014, I came into the office of Louisiana Dental Center of Covington LA. and had a crown placed on my Tooth #30 (per your charting and invoice). During my routine 6 months check-up and cleaning with my new dentist here in Atlanta it was discovered that your dentist failed to fit and seal the crown on my tooth properly. The crown is allowing both food and liquid to get under the crown. This is causing my tooth to decay under the crown. The decay has damaged the nerves and my gums. I have been advised that I will need an implant to prevent additional decay and damage to my gums and the nerves connected to the tooth the crown was attached too.Desired Settlement: Refund the $558.00 I paid and pay for the new implant in the amount of $1500.00.
