All I can say is high road robbery I had to 100 sea food boil that I couldn't even eat because it was too salty. I asked my server who was really polite if I could speak the manager which I did and she was no help, not concerning at all and bad customer service. Her only concern about my complaint was about a no refund policy and for starters I never even asked all I wanted was a new order so I can have my money worth since she already made it aware of a no refund policy. The manager said I couldn't get a new order that she would take it back to the cook to see what they could do and she did just that! My order came back just the same but this time in my boil they poured water on top of my boil to where all the grease came up and nothing changed with the crab. The crab still tasted like a salt stick and all the other items in my seafood boil that I never complained about was watered down and greasy. So I than spoke back to manager and she apologized for not being able to assist me and that their was nothing else that can be done but to pay and leave! That is exactly what I did I payed for food that me and my son didn't eat and yes I took it home as my server suggest me to take my food home and re boil it so that it drains out the salt. If I wanted to do that I would have cooked at home! Bad customer service from the manager point of view and I want my full refund back now.
