Louis Zinzi Carpets, Ltd

Review: Mr. Zinzi's carpet installers broke part of my [redacted] sliding glass patio door when they were working in my home. I have persisted in expecting Mr. Zinzi to repair or replace the part but it remains unresolved almost two months later. Initially one of the installers came back several days later and looked at it for a few minutes to no effect. Last week he had his installers attempt to repair it, but they were unable to do so. Mr. Zinzi has taken the position that they did not break the part so he has no responsibility for it.Desired Settlement: I would like Mr. Zinzi to pay for the cost of a new part and for its installation if we cannot install it ourselves. If there is no replacement available for the part, I would like him to replace the door. He also owes me a receipt showing that I paid for the carpet in full.
