installer picked up. I had someone deliver the items 2 days after we were notified of the problem. I would hope in the future that the Business Bureau would have a little more proactive approach to the filing of Complaints. We have been in the Retail,Service and Construction business since 1988 so I guess we are doing something right! I understand that most Business Bureau employees have Zero business experience but to let a complaint be filed like this is just ridiculous and another reason why I have refused to join your organization.
