Review: I got my hair done at Louis Christian Wayne Robert Salon and Spa on Friday, June 28th, 2014 by [redacted]. She did not provide me with the hair that we had discussed, fried my hair, and then refused to fix it. I paid $310 for the service and gave [redacted] a $60 tip. I did not realize what she had done to my hair until I walked outside to my car to further inspect it. After talking to a manager named [redacted], she voided my $310 payment, and charged me $150 instead. When I got home, I saw even more problems that I wasn't able to see in the car. I called back today, Wednesday July 2nd and talked to [redacted] again for her to say that she thought it was fair and that she could not do anything further. When I asked her what I should do in the mean-time since my hair looked ridiculous she said to go to another salon so that they could fix it! I need a refund in full so that I can have someone else fix my hair which will cost over $150.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of my $150 dollars back on my card due to my complete dissatisfaction.
