[redacted]   Good Morning,   This is a written response to a formal complaint...

against Louie's on Saturday July 2, 2016.  First of all, I wish to apologize for any inconvenience for the ticket holder on July 2.  Louie's is hosting the [redacted] again on Sunday September 4, I would like to offer 4 complimentary tickets as a way to resolve complaint. I will mail hard copy ticket address as soon as I receive necessary address.  I hope this resolves this issue.
