Louie's Pizza

I was just absolutely shocked tonight in the way the "manager" of the Louie's Pizza at Stetson Hills handled my complaintI called after minutes of not receiveing my pizza deliver and was assured by the call technician that the pizza was "on the way." That was fine, but it still hadn't arrived after another minutesSo I called to discuss the need to simply get a refund as I had prepaid for pizza I never received with a credit cardShania, the "manager" refused to issue a refund to my card until the driver arrived with the pizza back to her storeHow am I supposed to know where in the world the driver is? She refused to provide a confirmation number, or at least her contact information to assure me she would refund my cardShe would not offer to send new pizzas to make things better, which would have probably been enoughShania just lost a year loyal customer for Louie
