Louie Lighting

An order was placed it was said that the order would ship in a few business days, one of my orders was sold out and I wasn't refunded the money nor did I receive my other light. I have called customer service 4x and got hung up on 3 times AFTER I WAS ON HOLD A TOTAL OF 4 HOURS EACH TIME! I finally got in contact with someone from a different department and got transferred to customer service and got hung up on again. I want a refund asap. I have yet to get anyone to assist! If I could give zero stars I would because this is ridiculous! I placed a request via email to have them call me and I never got a call.
