Review: I wanted my driveway blacktop and Mr. Jeffery stopped on his own and stated he was working in area and wanted to know if I was interested in having blacktop work done. He described what he would do stating there would be 2 to 3 inches of blacktop over base,at the edge of my drive a 2' wide 9' Long section has completely crumbled.The blacktop in that area is only 1" thick.The work is not even 1 year old yet.It started crumbling after 6 months.Desired Settlement: Fix areas that need repaired
