I ordered a set of my sons Senior Panoramic pictures for Yukon High School class of I placed my order online Sept 4, in the amount of $This was to include pictures; large posed pano, small funny pano, and with the seniors in the shape of a I received all the pictures on Oct 1, with water damageI made multiple attempts to contact Loudermilk by phone and email over the next few days and received a voicemail from *** *** on Oct 4, stating that they would send me a new set the following business day It has been full months and I have still not received my new picturesI have tried to contact them by phone and email again with no luck I have copies of all emails sent that include pictures of the damage, as well as, the voicemail left on Oct 4, advising they would send a new set

I ordered a panoramic picture on *** for a total of $through PayPal, address of "*** *** *** *** *** **" (the address cut-off), which has cleared my checking account The order details shows the Order ID, Order details: Bill To and Ship To, What was ordered, and how it was paid
