What Mrs*** said is not an accurate synopsis of the what went onWe sent a bill out right after the job was completed and she never responded. We sent additional bills out and finally called her and she said she never received any of the bills, we sent another copy out in September and she
called again and said she didn't receive it but apparently she did because that is what she is writing about. All during the job and we do have GPS that will verify what day's and times we were at her residence, she kept complaining that she couldn't afford to have a lot of work done because she just paid a thousand dollars for new water lines and also she was going to move in with her daughter and that is why she told us not to complete the repair. We did find burned wires in the wall behind the refrigerator and our employee took pictures that we can show if need be for collection purposes.I believe the letter explains our position quite clearly.Thank youThomas * ***
Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Regards,*** ***
If all the notices were sent out, I should have received one of them in the mail and I did not. My biggest complaint is that I am being charged for labor that I believe was not performedAlso, for saying on the bill that he removed the wires at my request. I don't care if his truck was in front of my house. He could be in the house talking to me or just walking around and looking at thingsthat to me doesn't constitute him doing any labor. He is charging me for hours of labor. He claims he spent hours troubleshooting. What type of labor did he do during those three hours. The definition of labor is performinig physical hard work. He did nothing upstairs during that three hours. What could he have been doing in the cellar for three hours. He said he spent hour checking wires in a letter written to me. What was he doing the rest of the time. He did nothing upstairs. He also on his bill stated that I requested him to remove the wires which is a lie. Where are the wires he removed? How come the new electrician diagnosed the problem within minutes and it took him hours. tt
