Review: Mr. [redacted] has managed my rental property for 3-1/2 years. Since he sold his business to a Los Angeles company I terminated the property management agreement on January 13 effective February 13. Since then he has not deposit the February rent or returned the tenants deposit. He does not return phone calls. He has my $3699.60.Desired Settlement: Deposit of $3699.60 into the checking account of record.
