10/14/17I have never asked for a deposit The customer offed me $for materials There was no time frame on the landscape work There was never a problem I talked to his wife and told her I pulled my back out and she said do the work when you are better The next thing I get a letter for a refund I feel customer did not want job done after he gave me the deposit I have $in grass seed and straw I purchased for job I was harassed & threatened several times over the phone by the customer I offered customer a credit for $of work which I believe is FAIR Also the customer backed into my truck Once he said there was no damage The next time he said I was drunk and backed into someone Hope we can solve problem in a fair manner Thank you, Lou Janik

thing I get a letter for a refund.  I feel customer did not want job done after he gave me the deposit.  I have $50.00 in grass seed and straw I purchased for job.  I was harassed & threatened several times over the phone by the customer.  I offered customer a credit for $200.00 of work which I believe is FAIR.  Also the customer backed into my truck.  Once he said there was no damage.  The next time he said I was drunk and backed into someone.  Hope we can solve problem in a fair manner.  Thank you, Lou Janik
