This company is well established, and we've dune business for over 20 years with them. In all that time we have had zero problems, great service, and friendly relationship. Wonderful company.

company sold us items and promised they would take care of any problems when we got items they were defective and they would not take a return or even speak with us. Emails were never answered and could not reach anyone by phone. Caution!!

this company will sell you product and never take any returns when its faulty items break.

Review: We received some defective merchandise and some incorrect merchandise, and informed the company in early October. At first, they promised to send a tag to return the merchandise. When we had not received the tag by the second week, we called back. A woman in the returns department said that a tag had been sent. When we said we had not received it she repeated that it had and hung up on us. We called [redacted], [redacted] of the company. He said he would take care of it. Another week went by. We called [redacted] back, and this time he said he had sent a call tag. We explained that we had not received it and he said it was sent. We contacted UPS and they confirmed that no label was issued.Desired Settlement: We need to send the defective and incorrect merchandise back for a full refund ASAP.
