The Customer and I did connect.I informed the Customer that she can go back to the same location, ask for the Store Manager and she bill be given full refund for her merchandise in question.I am very sorry about the incident and I hope it can be considered resolved.My apology to [redacted] for the inconvenience and I sincerely hope for a better experience going forward. Review: On June [redacted], I bought a shadow box for 3.99 at Lot-Less at [redacted], tel####-###-####. I had taken the price off because I thought I was going to use it. When I realized it didn't suit my needs, I decided to return it to the store for a refund. I gave my receipt to the guard, who signed it and then proceeded to the cashier. The cashier then spoke to the assistant manager, who told me they didn't carry this merchandise. This transaction took so long, that I had to leave for my appointment and I left the merchandise at the store and I told the gentleman I would be back. I returned to the store, and then spoke to the manager who told me the same thing. I then asked for the merchandise back. I feel it's the manager's and the store's responsibility to know what merchandise they have in the store. Why would I ask for 3.99 back on something I didn't buy there. At this point it's the principle of the matter and I would like my money back. I tried calling customer service, but was told the voicemail was full. Your assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated.Respectfully,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to return the merchandise and get my money back.
