Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] Thanks for the information you provided me this morning As I stated, CCS attempted a repair to my property, but rather than removing the stain on my stucco around the perimeter of my porch, they only created a larger stain and now I have a line around my entire porch where the wall meets the porch There is no point in continuing this complaint any further, as I see no way a repair can be achieved short of having to repaint the stucco I want it noted that this complaint was NOT resolved to our satisfaction and we would not recommend this contractor due to poor customer serviceSincerely, [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern: We are very professional and place a high business priority on integrity and honesty, so we are therefore voluntarily transparent in our business relationships and conduct Our work ethics have a consistent positive history In reference to the above case number ( [redacted] ), CCS does not feel a response is warranted for the below reasons: The work performed was completed December 2015, a year ago, no issues were ever brought to CCS’ attention prior to November at which time Revdex.com sent us the following complaint (No [redacted] ), which due to the time lapse should not be entertained Refer to attached contract section: Article Two RecitalsUnder B: Terms: The term of this Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date above and shall expire on December 23, 2015.Custom Concrete Solutions has found numerous inconsistencies with Mr [redacted] complaint filed with the Revdex.com As with all our clients a contract is signed prior to start of each project (See attached [redacted] contract) Please note CCS does not recognize a [redacted] CCS is given a week in each home (Refer to contract page Exhibit C No1) in which CCS clearly states the scope of work dates set forth CCS went above and beyond for Mr [redacted] by moving his furniture back in his home for him, he stated he didn’t have time due to his work schedule December 12th Mr [redacted] called because he scratched the floors, first thing Monday morning [redacted] was at the property as he assessed the floors it became apparent that Mr [redacted] had apparently put masking tape to the floors after he was instructed not to, due to the reaction of the tape to the decorative concrete [redacted] fixed the floors free of charge for Mr [redacted] by touching up and re waxing. As you will see in the attached pictures walls were papered and protected during CCS’ scope of work.A maintenance sheet was given to Mr [redacted] instructing him on how to care for his decorative concrete floors It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain and care for their floors CCS does offer a maintenance agreement to all our customers.CCS’ scope of work was completed on Friday December 11, from start to finish, customer was completely satisfied and remaining balance was paid in full by Mr [redacted]

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
Multiple portions of this business response are absolutely not trueI did not ask them not to put transitions in, they simply did not do it*** stated he chose not to do until after we moved inHis failure to do it had nothing to do with our move inAfter I told them I was unhappy with the workmanship, showed them the multiple issues with it, showed him the damage they caused to my new painted walls, I was told there is nothing that could be done about it because of the contract she keeps mentioningWhen I told her I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com, she told me I could not do so because of the contractWhen I told her the work was so bad I would have to hire another contractor to redo the work, she told me I could not because of the contractThis business owner thinks this referred to contract absolves them of doing quality and professional work and forces me to accept this terrible workEach time I have been able to talk to her, the owner states that we are under contract and there is nothing I can doIn her response, she states that she tried to contact us which is absolutely untrueI called both contact numbers repeatedly during business hours and neither would answerIn her response, she states "at no time during the process did the home owner stop us from our scope of work even when they were made aware of the flooring contaminants"This is absolutely untrueWhen the first bedroom carpet was removed, I asked *** if he could remove the glue stripes and make it look good, he told me it would be no problemI asked if he was sure, because if not, I did not want to proceed and would cover the floors in laminateHe told me several times he could get rid of itI would like to emphasize that these people refused to contact me until the day this Revdex.com complaint was filed and sent to themThen she called and stated she would refund $for failing to put in transitionsI told her that would not even begin to cover the stain overspray and damages to my newly painted wallsAgain, she told me that due to the contract, there was nothing else I can do about itThis goes far beyond impurities in the concreteThe work is sloppy, incomplete, damaged my walls, and failed to cover areas I was assured could beThey should not be able to hide behind a contractThey have an obligation to provide a quality product, not one that is damaging and unlivable
