Review: The auto body shop handle the repairs of my vehicle, following an accident. The repairs were to the passenger side of the car. There were some spots on my hood, not related to the accident, they offered to fix. Of course, at my expense. They said I could get a good deal, since they would already have the paint. I was given a quote over the via voice mail. I responded by leaving a message on the company answering machine. I agreed to spend no more than $500.00, for the job. I never heard back. A week later, still hadn't heard from them I called. I was told the car would be ready by 5 p.m. that day, and would be called when ready. I never received a call. Went to the shop. The person I had been dealing with was no longer there. Another person gave me the paperwork, I signed. I was expecting a bill. I asked about the work on the hood and the guy said he knew nothing about it and I would have to deal with the guy that did it! Not understanding I left. I went back the next day, to find out what happened. I met "the guy" who supposedly did the work, and he asked me to pay him! I asked where the paperwork was and he said there was none. I did NOT agree to some "under the table" job. Now I'm being harassed with phone calls from this guy, that says he did the work, and I need to pay him.Desired Settlement: I should not have to pay for this! There is no paper work or warranty. I was told their work had a lifetime warranty. They need to be fined or something. They are letting their employees do shady work, on the property. Also, I shouldn't be receiving calls from employees. That means, my personal information has been given out. I am worried that the person will show up at my home and possible vandalize my car.
