On March 21, 2019 we received quote #*** for fabrication of a stainless steel pipe for $1,300. On April 5, a check was made to *** per instructions on quote for 50% deposit $650.

From that point forward their representative, *** tel: ***, gave us the run around, made us waste time following up with him, had us at the site multiple times over the last 9 months to meet him, said he had the pipe ready, came back and took measurements 6 months later because he didn’t have anything done, came a few times to take more measurements and had nothing ready. Avoided our staff when they offered to pick up the pipe.

On 1/29/20 we asked for a full refund due to this ongoing saga that we could no longer wait on as this was now delaying our project. He indicated to our staff that we were not getting a refund.

On 2/5/20 a member of our staff went to the address on their website and the quote. No company appears to be at that address that does this type of work with this name.
