Los Alazanes Mexican Food

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for about 8 months, the past few times I’ve bought food from there I get sick. I called and spoke to a manager and she said she’d make sure she’d let the cook know to do a better job. This last time we ordered food again I got sick. I bought 2 carne asada fries and they smelled like fish! We didn’t finish the food and called and spoke to the manager. She said to bring the food and we’d get a full refund. When we got there the lady that attended us told us we were no longer welcome and that we were gonna get banned from coming back indefinitely. We asked why and she said because I got sick and the boss said they can’t take the chance of it happening again, then she said that if we don’t return the food we won’t be banned. We asked for the refund and instead of getting a refund they CHARGED us for food we never bought. She said she returned our money but I have yet to see the funds back in my bank account.
