I had a two week reservation through my time share. I verified my room accommodation three times the week prior to check in. When it came time to check in, my room was given away and I was forced into a smaller room with less accommodations. To make matters worse, the room next door had 10 people plus children packed in a room that sleeps 6. Additionally, when the children were taken to swim at the children's pool, there were no lights in the pool the pool was due to close in 15 min. (9pm). When the front desk was notified they said I was now the 2nd person who called and they were aware of the problem. When asked what the resolution was they said they would shut down the pool. Staff is very slow at providing service and is unattentive to guests often times you need to follow up on a request to ensure service is received. This is the way they treat guests that stay in the Celebrity House!! Never buy a time share with Diamond Resorts. Once they get your money they are not interested in honoring your reservations.
