to do with the work we did (the cluster) so we took the car to a second repair shop that specializes in electronic issues because her cluster was not working. The second repair shop indicated that her cluster was not in working condition. This was an issue that already existed before we did work on the vehicle. She still owes me $900 for the work I conducted on the motor. We were supposed to go to a notary to make a payment agreement but she never showed. She showed up to the second repair shop and paid them for the diagnostic fee. She then took her vehicle but has refused to pay me for the work completed. She is not getting a refund and I am looking to get paid for work completed.
