Review: On 10/24/13 I visited Loretta Holt for hypnotherapy. I signed a consent for $170 for our first session. After interviewing me, she said that I would need 5 more sessions and she wants to charge $595. She charged me for the all the sessions. Our first visit was supposed to be 2 hours, but after one hour she stopped and said your problem does not need the full two hours. After I came home and followed her instructions, I did not feel any better and I simply did not want to go back to her. Since October, I've been trying to get a refund for the five sessions that I did not go, and she is not returning my calls or has tried to communicate with me. I feel that this lady has scammed me, charged me for the services she has not rendered. I simply like to pay her for the first session and get a refund for the five sessions I did not use.

On October 14 2013 I had a 2 hour session with my client [redacted]. During this 2
hour meeting I spend the first 1/2 hour with a consultation on what is hypnosis and how it
worlcs. Following the consultation if the client is interested in worIdng with me 1
conduct an interview I explain this is to determine how many sessions maybe needed to
achieve the desired results.
Following the interview I receive their yes or no as to if they would lihe to commit to the
program, in this case was a program of 6 sessions. 1 session with me is $170.00. I do
offer a discount for a program of 3 sessions or more.
Following the interview my client decided to go with a program of 6 sessions. I do not
collect payment until the I session has been delivered to insure they are satisfied and
then they decide if they want to participate in a program to change the desired behavior.
Mr. [redacted] gave me a credit card and I tried it twice it declined :. He then gave me
another credit card and it was approved for $595.00. Be then set his next appointment.
I process my payments via my lap top so there is no signature on the transaction receipt
and one is e-mailed to my client at the time of the transaction. I then create the rest of the
program and they usually come in once a week.
Mr. [redacted] had a family member get ill and he canceled the 2nd session stating he may
not return to the states until December. I assured him there was no problem that the
sessions wouldnt expire.
He has since called saying he didn't want to return.
It clearly states in my contract there is no refund for unused sessions and I have already
spent 2 hours with Mr. [redacted] and have already created his program
