Review: Vinyl flooring was installed and worked on to get flooring to lay flat twice by Loren's installer. [redacted] owner has refused to take phone calls, [redacted] the Manager who did take a call yesterday 04/02/2013 informed me that he had talked with [redacted] and that he had a bid to do and then he would be down to fix it. He never showed up and never called and will not answer the phone now.Desired Settlement: Loren;s has a add that they run on TV. 100% satisfaction or we will replace it no questions asked. That is what we want. Either the flooring we now have fixed 100% to ouir satisfaction or replaced.

At the time the [redacted]’s first started calling [redacted] he was at home with pneumonia.
I was not available to take their call on 4/2/13 as I was working on a very large bid, but got back to them as soon as I could. Before I could call back Mrs, [redacted] called and was very upset. I told her I would get hold of [redacted], which I did. That same day I went down and inspected the floor, I told them I would take care of it,
I then had the [redacted]'s come in and pick a color of vinyl. We ended up upgrading their original choice from a $.99 per square foot product to a $2.50 per square foot product at no additional charge to them.
On April 10, 2013 our installer went back to the [redacted]’s home and replaced the vinyl that had been damaged when first installed.
The customers have signed an Installation Satisfaction Approval form (copy attached) that they are satisfied with the final results.

We do apologize for taking so long to correct the problem regarding their installation, but we stand by any work that our store, if the customer is notsatisfied, we will fix it.
