I purchased a rug from Lorena Canals on May ,2020. I received the rug with defects noted immediately upon opening. I attempted to contact customer service via the number on their website, and the help email address on their website for six weeks with no response. I finally resorted to commenting about Lorena Canals’ poor customer service in Twitter, and suddenly received a response from customer service that very evening. They required I email them photos of the rug’s defects, photos of the authenticity label, and fill out a return form, all of which I did. On July , 2020 I finally received a return label and was instructed to ship it back by fedex which I did. The FedEx tracking informed me that it was delivered to their warehouse 8/*/2020 at 12:28 PM. I have not yet gotten my refund, and customer service is no longer returning my emails.
Hi,Thanks for your great gesture. We believe in customer satisfaction and we are striving to enhance it. Sometimes there are occasions that are beyond our control. All information is agreed by the customer but all that time we were also in touch with our customer. Our warehouse had a power failure and it went closed for 2 days while hurricane hit NJ surrounding. When we got notification we started pursuing our warehouse to process a return but they said due to this issue we had some delay. But the last couple of days we came to know it is not our customer error if we missed that return so yesterday we processed a refund for the full amount. You can see the attached copy.We really apologize for this inconvenience due to uncontrollable circumstances.Thank you for your correspondence.Regards:
