My son's regular dentist told me that he may need an expander. He said u should go to an ortho to see. I went down to office and my son ended up getting one. $600 for piece and he was to wear it min of 3 months. On the 12th day it popped out and has never been out back in his mouth. I feel cheated and explained it to Mr [redacted]. He said $600 covered the part and he was doing the office visits for nothing. He looked inside my son's mouth and said looking good. He also said they would keep the part in my son's file. As of now, we have paid $150. I don't feel like I should be responsible fir the remaining amount since the service and 3 month minimum was never met. It seems to me either my son never actually needed this piece. I feel very cheated. I recently got a postcard telling me ti schedule him an appointment. I know I recieved it since I haven't paid that account for at least a few months. I left a message explaining how I felt a few days ago and I have not had a call or response yet.
