I bought a product made by [redacted] , it's supposed to be an aircraft stripperIt was the second brand I used that day, the first from another store which was only sold in aerosol cans or gallons (it worked amazing just as described)Lordco carried the same type of product in a litre liquidI tried it times to remove the remainder of clearcoat on a polished aluminum wheel and it did not workIt would barely lift the edgesVery low quality productI brought it back to the store (Main St North Vancouver) and explained the issueThe manager told me his co-worker had better success using a wire wheelI asked if he tried the same [redacted] product first and he said yesso it didn't work for him either? This morning I sat across the street from Lordco in Duncan According to the web site and sign on the door it is scheduled to open at 9amBy 9:is still was not open and I watched potential customers leave as well as myself Had the other local auto supply shop here been open this had a large impact on localsNot good Lordco!

Price on shelf doesn't reflect on the bill They say it a discounted price already but my per unit price was still higherSales guy says dont trust the sticker price By law they have to sell the product for the price listed or less

I telephoned the Lordco outlet at SW Marine Drive to get a price on an auto partI was given several prices depending on the quality and the country of originI went to the same store the following morning to purchase the partI was given a much higher price at the counterThe prices I was quoted the previous day were "nowhere near" the price the person at the parts counter could provide
