I ordered a new printer online from lordtoys.com back in April 2020. I got a confirmation email from them with my order # *** saying that my order was being processed and they sent me a link to check the status of my order but the link is false and the website says it’s no longer there. They received my payment and my debit card was charged for $55.92 but it’s now July and I still haven’t gotten my printer. I’ve tried to email them but have not gotten any response from them at all. I don’t know if this company/ website is a scam because it seems line they take your money then close their site. Please help me get my money back!!

Never received the product I ordered. Fake tracking said item was delivered at my door but it wasn't. I was unable to contact company through phone number provided and email. Company got my financial information & doesn't deliver products. Finally my bank got involved and reimbursed my funds. Beware of this company. This is a fraudulent company and scam. Don't order from them.

I placed an order on 5-9-20 for yard lights. thru Lord Toys. I went thru telephone and always busy and website no response. Took credit card and got money. My bank apparently does not get involved so went to Revdex.com and filed a complaint. as a scam. Never did get product. Only an order number but no tracking number like a good operation would provide. I did report to my bank not to
pay this outfit any money from then on.

I ordered coffee filters from Lord Toys on 5/9/20. My credit card was charged two days later. I sent a follow-up email to [email protected] and did not get a response. I sent an email to Lord Toys through the Eugene, OR, website and did not get a response. As of today, I did not get the filters.

I ordered a printer from them and never received my printer. The phone number listed has a constant busy signal and they never return my emails. I searched the address on the web and it is a house.

Purchased item but never received product.

I ordered a product from them, LordToys, (Order # ***) on April 29th, 2020. I have tried to check order status on their website and no update. I have tried twice to email them for an order update, but receive a message saying it could not be delivered due to their remote server is misconfigured and the recipient address is rejected as an undeliverable web address.

On 25 Apr 2020, I ordered a HomeRight paint sprayer, they gave a UPS tracking number, I called UPS they stated the number belonged to another company and customer, called 5 times to Lord Toys, it is bust/down(Also the area code is a Texas area code). Emailed their support on the 04 May and 06 May 2020 asking for status of package. No reply. Spoke with my credit card company and they are looking into it as well. Order Number # ***.

I ordered a dremel product, was given a tracking number, website says up to 5 days to process, it's been 8 not counting the weekends. I attempted to contact them through their website but after no response I attempted to call the business and it's not a working number. I'm convinced I got scammed
