I e been a customer for many years and yes I haven’t used my card in a long time because I moved but they just decided to close my account and feel they don’t have to tell you.. mean time it shows up on my credit report and dropped my numbers be off it.. all because I wasn’t spending money at there store.. I understand they do this but they could at least tell the customer that they will cl it if it remains inactive. For that reason I call and customer service didn’t care snd they were very rude so guess wgat I don’t need you!!
