Review: Practically every week, I receive mail via USPS from this company that includes notices that claim I am eligible to participate in a "Nationally Sanctioned Debt Reduction Initiative." I have sent notices back along with signed letters asking them to remove me from their mailing list, but they will not honor my requests.Desired Settlement: I want this company and their affiliates to cease all contact with me. I do not want to receive any more correspondence from them.

I am writing regarding the company above address. The company contacted me in 2013, first started to call via telephone. The employee were very aggressive, asking "why, why, you don't want to consilate?" This went on for about 3 months, then unwanted telephone calls. I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was put on hold, the company would come back and hang up the phone. The request and me telling them to stop calling seemed to anger the company, if I can say, more aggressive, determined, even I'll break you! This went on for years. Finally, in 2015, mail was sent to my home. There was a phone #, I called spoke to a worker pleased take me off your list. The company stopped for two months. Then calls started, listed a phone, private #, so I had no way of blocking the call. I got a call today and got one Monday 1st of May, 2015, call goes, "Hello this is [redacted],"at this point, I'll hang up the phone. I'm physically sick. I've asked and asked Life Financial to stop contacting me, via the phone or via the mail. However, they don't stop calling! I feel that Life Financial is trying to break me down so that i'll give into their "Mean spirited behavior!" If I can say, I wonder how many times have Life Financial have protected this practiced this protocol with?"
