They make it too hard to pay your bill. There are limited ways to pay. They don't accept credit or debit cards, no way to pay directly on line. The third party payment method is expensive.Their overdue fine it too much, as they are too expensive to begin with. The only reason they got 2 stars is because their staff is very good.
