The vendor referenced in this complaint was paid immediately and this situation has been 100% handled

This complaint is regarding a door that was installed years ago with a year warranty on laborAlthough the customer was almost years out of warranty, Shaw Company spent several hours of our time attempting to contact the supplier of the door with no responseAs of 6/23/the customer has
been contacted, and the issue has been resolved

The grout has been completed and we are now in the process of correcting everything else to make it right with the customer
