Review: I was contacted by LopinYukelis II, LLC about financing for my business. I filled out an application requesting $20,000 and was eventually told the company, PIRS Capital, would finance me $4,000 less fees for one month. After 32 days of making payments I could get an additional $18,000. I called PIRS capital after already signing the contract and accepting the funds to make a change to my account. I was then informed by PIRS Capital that I was completely lied to by [redacted] with LopinYukelis II, LLC. They charged me $250.00, which I was told by [redacted] was to come out of the funds I received, it did not. I was also told that I would not be able to borrow any additional money for 9 to 10 weeks, but $18,000 was out of the question. I do not appreciate being lied to. If he had told me the truth I never would have accepted the money!Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the $250 fee LopinYukelis II, LLC took from me. For lying to me, I should be relieved of my contractual obligations, but I am willing to accept it as is IF they refund me the $250 fee.
