– I have received this complaint.  I have spoken to the insurance numerous times and againtoday.  I was informed the claim is being processed if [redacted] denies the claim then [redacted] can request a secondary request to get the one night they missed on their vacationrefunded to them but [redacted] can’t act on a request until [redacted] has either paid or deniedthe claim.  I’m being told the emails and check if it is refunded are being sent directly tothe client Mrs. [redacted] not to me.  I would like to request that I am notified if the claim ispaid or denied so I can move forward requesting from [redacted] if we need to. I spoke to [redacted] and asked for the claim to be expedited due to the length of time it hastaken.  This claim is also asking for the [redacted] in Atlanta and the [redacted] dinner for 40.40 plus the one night hotel missed on the trip booked with[redacted]. I have submitted all paperwork to the insurance company again and believe this matter isnow moving forward and it is not being ignored. Thank you for your time concerning this matter. New Horizons TravelLisa
