On 28th Nov 2018 I placed an order a Plush Bed Cushion Bean Bag toy for $48.97 USD on the company website (Product URL *** paying by personal credit card. The charge appeared on my credit card statement as "*** INC XXX-XXX-XXXX" and totalled GBP39.62 comprising GBP38.46 + non-sterling transaction fee of GBP1.16.
The toy was intended to be an Xmas gift for my daughter.
On placing the order I immediately received an email confirming the order #*** and advising that I would receive a further email within 2 working days confirming shipping details.
On 7th Dec 2108 I received a further email stating the order had been shipped and apologising for the delay which was due to their black Friday sales. I was promised that I would receive tracking details by the end of the week and given a discount code in compensation for the shipping delay. I received no further communication from the company and assumed further shipping delays were due to Xmas rush and a postal dispute in Canada.
Having received no delivery or further communication I attempted to contact the company by email to ***@lootwish.com which was provided on their web site.
I have not received a response and now note that the website no longer appears to be available.
On *** it appears that they are now operating as *** with the same tel number as given on my credit card statement as shown at https://***.com/pages/terms-and-conditions :-

Clearly those responsible for Loot Wish are now *** operating under the name of ***.
Apart form wishing to see a *** investigation of those responsible for Loot Wish I am seeking a full refund of the monies they have obtained *** from me.
I was given the order conformation number of #*** with the order total of $154.78 USD. I was then told there was a wait period of 2 weeks 2 times by a robot response email claiming to be ***. After a month of silence and a fake shipping confirmed email. I attempted to email their support program again. I received the same email I had gotten prior and when I requested the tracking info or a refund I got no response. This went on for months where they would ignore my emails attempting to get my money back or receive the order promised. I had sent emails on the following dates: 12/16/2018 ,12/172018 , 12/20/2018 ,12/26/2018, 12/30/2018, 01/20/2019, 01/28/2019, 02/04/2019. Then on April 1st I attempted to go to their website to email their support again but found that the site was down ***.
I would like that the 154.78USD that the company took from my account be refunded to me on the grounds of failure to deliver their services and negligence of customer support
I ordered a *** plush online and the order number is 2426.
I ordered it in late November, early December of 2018 and I have not received it yet (3/18/19). I emailed them asking where my package was a while ago and they said it was still on the way, but nothing has come in yet.
I would like a full refund for my purchase.
I ordered a product from lootwish.com back in November of 2018. The price came out to about 50 dollars USD. The product was never delivered, I tried contacting the customer support but after numerous attempts to contact them I have yet to receive a reply, I would either like the have the merchandise that I purchesed or a full refund.

I called my bank and had the charge reversed after 2 months of waiting. Then 2 months later after the charge was taken out again. Now this is not my banks fault, but this company actually had the nerve to say the item was shipped out. So it appears that they are actively fighting charge reversals even though they did not in fact mail any items or provide any shipping details whatsoever. There is absolutely no way to contact them, no working number, website was taken down and emails are all bouncing back as deliverable.
. They do not have product ***. I never received the product I paid for and there is no phone number on the email that I received when my order was "processed" or on their website.

On November 23 2018 I made a purchase from the website Lootwish.com. the order number is #***. I paid $49.97 for a Plush Bed Cushion Bean Bag, but instead I recieved a plush toy worth around $5. I have asked for a refund but have not recieved an answer. I used a debit card.
I was told to send a picture of the item i recieved and once verefied, i would get the correct order. I submitted the evidence but did not recieved a reply. Now i am asking for a refund.
I placed order *** with Lootwish on November 30. They promised confirmation and shipment of my order a week later and have never provided a tracking number. I have attempted to contact Lootwish 4 times since on both their email and online site, and I still do not have my item or any response from the company. They have taken my money without delivering which is completely unacceptable. I want my item and if I cannot get my item then I need a refund.
I want my item purchased to be shipped to me. If I can't get it then I need a refund.
Never received my item
Sent first email on an order that was said to include a tracking number by the end of the week, was replied to about the business of the Christmas season, sent another email asking for an update in January with no response for 20 days now. Don't know if I was jipped or what. Will gladly fix rating when I actually hear something in the next month....
I made a purchase on 11/22/18. I paid for express shipping and shortly after got a shipping confirmation. Then after this I was notified that due to high demand tge shipping was put off. After asking for more information several times I have received no more correspondence in the last month or so about my order. I have this week requested a refund of my total payment of $55.84 with no response. There is no number for me to call to either.
I would like a full refund for my purchase. That is all.
On Dec. 7th, 2018, I placed an order on the Lootwish website https://lootwish.com/ . I was charged $49.97 and received a order confirmation email the same night. After two weeks, I did not receive an update or shipping confirmation, as was promised in the order confirmation email. I contacted Lootwish on their website and awaited a response. On Dec. 26th I sent an email to their support and once again contacted them through their website, again receiving no answer. On Jan. 4th, 2019, I tried one last time through all the channels available to me to try and get a response and receive an update on my status. I now believe that Lootwish *** has taken my money without any plans to actually make/ship/deliver a product or act as an actual business.
I would like a direct refund from Lootwish or a delivery of the product I ordered on their website that matches the image in the promotional photo.
I ordered a bean bag on 11/15/18 with my *** (ending in 9065) for 48.97. I was sent a confirmation email at ***@gmail.com on the same day. They never believed the package or sent a tracking code. I was charged and have tried to contact their customer service at ***@lootwish.com and they always have the same reply asking me to wait and saying the tracking code will be sent at the end of the week
A complete refund and for them to actually send the *** beanbag.
Close to the end of November I had purchased a beanbag chair from Lootwish. I was told due to high demands that the item would take a little longer than expected (up to 4 week). I was OK with this as the beanbag was a Xmas gift. It is now January 4th and I still have not obtained my item and after 4+emails to the company, their *** page and their customer support I have not been able to get in contact with anyone in regards to the status of my order or even an estimated date.
At this time I have officially requested my order be cancelled and the amount paid to be reapplied to the card that was used to purchase the item.
