Review: I placed an order on August 25th and have not received the order. I have left 4 messages by phone and also sent an email request to no avail. The shipping was expensive but was only available by UPS at the time so I di it because I really needed the cigarette papers. My daughter is a serious clarinetist and uses the to protect her lower lip from teeth during long practices. Can you help me? The order information is below:

Review: I placed my order for $87-, it was already deducted from my credit card. I placed the order on July 23, 2014. I have not heard anything since. None of me emails have been returned. Today is July 29th. I should have already received my order, or at least a response to me email. It is supposed to be shipped VIA ups ground.Desired Settlement: I would like my item order number [redacted], or you can return my money, or reverse the charges on my visa. It is not right to just ignore me.

I apologize for the mix up, I was charged by another company and it was on a new credit card, so I had no statement. I also had sent loose tobacco a number of emails without any response. Once again, I am sorry, everything is okay now. I also sent loose tobacco an email apologizing to them.
