On October 10, 2019, I contacted Loopee Design and spoke with Karen in customer service. I asked how I could get a refund for a Lime Green Marshmallow swing cushion I bought weeks before for my niece's birthday. My niece didn't like the cushion and when I tried to return it, I was told I was a week late and that there was nothing they could do. I had not realized that I was outside the return window and asked if there might be a way they could at least give me a partial refund since the swing seat was still in its original packaging and never used. Karen assured me she would get back to me.
I emailed her again on October 17, 2019, to see if she had any news for me, but I never heard back from her. I have also called several times and the customer service number goes straight to Karen's voicemail I have left several messages, but have not heard back from her.
The customer service is not what I expect from this company. I have purchased 2 other swing cushions from them in the past, so I was a repeat customer. I personally like their swing cushions, but my niece didn't. I have no need for a 3rd cushion which is why I wanted to return it.
At the very least, I would have liked to receive an email reply to both of my emails or a call back from the voicemail messages I left.

Karen, the customer service person I spoke with told me she'd look into it since I was only 2 days outside the arbitrary 'refund' window. The swing is brand new, never used, given to a niece for her birthday and she didn't like it. I called to return it the day after the birthday dinner. I explained all of that to Karen. I have bought 3 other swings from this company in the past, and as a returning customer, I thought I might get a 'grace period' on the return.
