Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me As the office staff was NOT professional in resolving this matter the doctor was extremely helpful She called me to explain, we discussed and came to an agreement that worked for both of us She was very professional and understanding, she even took the time to review all her documentation to help resolve I believe this was a miss understanding and am content with the resolution and I appreciate the doctors willingness to resolve Sincerely, [redacted]
Hello This letter is being written concerning complaint [redacted] for my business, [redacted] (business ID [redacted] ) I received a complaint from a patient concerning a charge for an office visitShe was seen on the said date for a follvisit (which is usually a no charge) but presented with a new problem at the same timeWe discussed this new problem and suggestions were made on products to avoidShe was given a medication to use for it (given as a sample) and was charged an office visitShe feels that this was just a regular folland that she should not be charged She also feels that she was not seen for anything that day (although I do have an office visit note to support it) I have never made a mistake like this in years of practiceAlso, to make sure I went over every visit for that day and no other patient was seen for the same condition that she was treated forThe patient was very upset, so I wrote off her balance This manner has been settled with the patient at this pointI take pride in my business and the way I practice medicine and would NEVER commit fraud like that and take it as a personal insultPlease reopen this case file and reach out to the complainantThank you Dr [redacted]

Hello This letter is being written concerning complaint [redacted] for my business, [redacted] (business ID [redacted]) I received a complaint from a patient concerning a charge for an office visit. She was seen on the said date for a follow-up visit (which is usually a no...
charge) but presented with a new problem at the same time. We discussed this new problem and suggestions were made on products to avoid. She was given a medication to use for it (given as a sample) and was charged an office visit. She feels that this was just a regular follow-up and that she should not be charged. She also feels that she was not seen for anything that day (although I do have an office visit note to support it). I have never made a mistake like this in 11 years of practice. Also, to make sure I went over every visit for that day and no other patient was seen for the same condition that she was treated for. The patient was very upset, so I wrote off her balance. This manner has been settled with the patient at this point. I take pride in my business and the way I practice medicine and would NEVER commit fraud like that and take it as a personal insult. Please reopen this case file and reach out to the complainant. Thank you Dr. [redacted]
