I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. They never gave us a title for the car, and my husband and I are not divorced so they lied about that, he also told me if we brought the van back he would give us another car. I have a witness to all conversations my sister [redacted] and my husband he never ever produced a title for that van, so I want from them another car I had to go to court because of them due to the fact of no title for the van

,the customer bought the car in september 2015  for 463$ her and her husband moved to south carolina   she had all her paper work when she left,  then they got a divorce  ,I dont know if they lost the paper work or the husband has it  .she asked us to get a new history...

on the car ,we did to help her ,now she dropped the car in the back of our lot that is not our property,and took the keys, she used the car as a dog house,there is dog feces in the car  ,I dont know what she want us to do,but the owner of the property wants it gone,  [redacted]
