Loomis Express (Regina)

I ordered a car part it was shipped and in Regina on time then 48 hours later I stop in to pick up out for delivery for 2 days. Lazy, rude and ignorant business. Never received very unreliable and then twist, Don't show up and take parcels home to house. Sketchy

Apparently, No Signature Required means no delivery beyond the front door of an apartment building, not to the apartment door. This cost us the first package, and if I hadn't opened the door as quickly as I did, it would have cost us this one. When I tried to explain to the driver that leaving packages just inside the main door of the building wasn't delivering the package, he tried to say he did his job... he didn't need a signature. I pointed out to him that right above that code, it stated "knock on the door." I only caught this behaviour because I am 20 feet from the front door of the building.

I should note that my building is in an area where theft is common and that is commonly known throughout the city. I'm thoroughly unimpressed with their lack of professionalism and dedication to actually doing their job properly.
