was over 25 years old.  The odometer only reads 5 digits back then.  So dealers normally "exempt" the title if has an older odometer to avoid any confusion.  All odometer disclosures were discussed and signed by  [redacted] at [redacted] Agency [redacted], Hanover PA, they issued the tag + transferred the title.We hope + wish the best for  [redacted].  He is welcome here anytime and would love to have his business for many years to come.  We have been at same location for over 25 years and 99% of our customers are satisfied. Thank  you,Ed LOwner
