Review: So I recently got an item from an online store. The item was purchased partly due to the photos provided showing adjustable straps. Upon receiving the item, I found that the straps were not adjustable. In a polite and curious manner I contacted the company and attempted to address this discrepancy. They insisted I was wrong about the straps being adjustable even after I sent them a screen capture of their site and the photo. After being told a second time that they did not falsely advertise, I returned to the site to find they had edited the photo I had sent them to show non-adjustable straps. They offered me an return but I would have to shoulder the shipping cost to China. I have photos and emails to back up this information.Desired Settlement: I do not think it fair to have to pay up to $90 in shipping fees if I try to return this item (I give this estimate from an estimate I got from [redacted].) I would be fine getting my money returned to me since this item was falsely advertised. If it wasn't for their terrible communication and lying a store credit would have been fine, but I no longer trust the company.
