Look Restaurant and Lounge

Review: I spoke with Bruno one of the Managers at Look Lounge a couple weeks back in regards to reserving a table. Bruno referred me to Josh the promoter who I contacted and he took a very long time to return my call. After Josh was dragging his feet to reach back out to me I then again reached out to Bruno. Bruno stated that he would be out of the office and would be returning the follow week and to call him back then. I called back per his request and stated to him once again my plans for my event. Bruno said he will research my request and get back to me. HE NEVER DID. I called back yet AGAIN! and he stated that I have to call Carlos the GM or Frankie because they are aware of the situation. I was so exhausted at this point of calling this place! So I told Bruno that he needs to have Carlos call me within the next 24hrs. I received NO CALLS from Carlos, Frankie nor Bruno. I was so annoyed and felt like I was being neglected and given so much run around when all I wanted to do was bring business to the Look Lounge. I have also placed a review on Yelp due to the LACK in customer service! Every customer is important. I had people coming in from out of town for my event and it was very embarrassing to tell them that I was given the run around and not taken serious what so ever!Desired Settlement: As I told Bruno. I requested to have a table for 8 guest with two complimentary bottles. That is what I would like. It's the least they can do.
