I purchased a new home in [redacted] , [redacted] in As with a new house, there will be items that need attention This builder kept throwing that I just had a two year warranty When warranty items were called to be taken care ofI was slowed played dogged, lied to, and sometimes ignored The craftsmanship of work completed is substandard in the industry On 7/17/the employee's with H&H damaged an astragal that was a replacement for the original faulty one When the employee was confrontedhe got real nasty I will be forced to take this builder to court and hired anther contractor who has a work ethic and honor's customer service after the sale

This builder starts with excellent PR in the beginning of your projectMost, if not all employees are courteous However, you are charged Cadillac pricing and the quality is not there for the price paidWhen H&H overcharges you and you can prove it, they still will not adjust your invoicing Kingman AZ has a long history as a rip-off town for construction of most kindsThis one tries to be on the up-abut the rates are so high, you will find yourself saying never againThe project was completed but for the money paid, it was not equal

Loockerman arrived earlier than expected They went right to work with a team of six and spent the entire day clearing brush and tree limbs, taking down a towering oak tree and thinning a monster honey locust They were careful to protect our yard from their truck wheels with large mats, dug up a plant that was in the way, were constantly cleaning up as they went about their work, and even took special pains to protect a new pet gravesite that was in the "fall" zone without being asked The workers were personable, professional, courteous, thorough and paid attention to detail The job was completed by the end of the day, and the property left cleaner than they found it The Loockerman men went beyond what was asked and were a joy to work with
